General Play / Social Scores

How members can submit casual rounds for WHS Handicap Index purposes.

Submitting a social score

Members who play rounds of social, non-competition golf at Pryors are encouraged to submit their scores for inclusion in maintaining their WHS Handicap Index, so that it reflects their current demonstrated ability.

Playing formats must be individual Stroke Play, Stableford, Par/Bogey or Maximum Score.

These rounds must

  • Abide by the Rules of Golf.
  • Be pre-registered.
  • Be played on a course with a current Course Rating and Slope Rating.
  • Be played in the company of at least one other qualified marker.

How to submit

All golfers are encouraged to use the England Golf MyEG app to register their score intent and record their score. The qualified marker should also have the app on their mobile device. No physical scorecard needs to be submitted when using MyEG.

If MyEG cannot be used, members should sign in, register score intent and enter scores on either the PSI tablet in the clubhouse entrance or on the HowDidiDo app. Using PSI or HowDidiDo requires a physical scorecard for verification.

Completed scorecards for PSI or HowDidiDo rounds must be photographed or scanned and emailed to phgc.casualrounds@gmail.com on the day so the score can be verified.
